Nazis. Jews. Concentration camps. Death. Ruthlessness . An
Escape. Run threw my head as I read through
the first pages of the book, ' I am David.' It seems to be set in the era of
which the Jews were forced into concentration camps. David is a young Jewish
boy of the age of 12 years old that gets the chance to escape the horrifying
camp he is staying in. The first couple pages seem intense and quick moving, a
lot of information is given but it’s written without any unnecessary information
that could possibly cause me to die of boredom.
My first impressions are good, what I have read of the book so far has
got me able to carry on reading.
